|Recommended: YesGreat place to live with amazingly helpful staff. This property is in a great location and the building itself is well built and has tons of amenities.
|Recommended: NoToo many fees — Honestly its a nice place but the number of fees and general lack of maintenance before we moved in is really concerning given the rent amount
|Recommended: YesGreat Pet Friendly Place — The Laurel at Kilkenny has been very nice so far. Hardly ever any noise and yet very dog friendly. The place looks great and is fairly well maintained.
|Recommended: YesManagement — Great personel to work with.
|Recommended: YesLove loving here — There is nothing I can say negative about our apartment, the people who live here and generally community of Laurel of Kilkenny I
|Recommended: NoWe have lived here since the property first opened. We came from another Steve Brown property and we’re hoping for better changes. We purposely Chose a third floor apartment due to loud noises on bottom floors at other property locations. Upon moving in our air conditioning did not work and maintenance took forever to fix. They were never clear with communication. Our dishwasher has been leaking and maintenance has come to look at it, however they have never found a problem. We are able to see water stains on the baseboard as a result. The main hallway carpet is never cleaned and there are pet urine spots everywhere. There is never any property manager on site, which is troublesome when problems arise. The internet is horrible - provided by Restech. It constantly goes out and it’s never fixed in a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesWe love our new home — We have been at The Laurel at Kilkenny for a couple weeks now, we are very satisfied and settling in. The property is modern, very well constructed, walls floors doors solid and quiet, modern design. I have already recommended to a friend who is looking. The only downside was at move-in - washing machine did not work maintenance did not come for about 3 day..I called it in Friday after hours and oven stove was not well cleaned fire alarm went off first time used and I had to do a lot of cleaning, the rest of apartment was very clean and ready.
|Recommended: YesGreat place Great location — I love living here. It’s 15 mins from West Madison and so many parks for the children to play at.
|Recommended: YesAbsolutely beautiful — Like a dream with lots of dogs
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment. Neat and Clean — Nice area. The building seems to be quite and well built.
|Recommended: YesVery upscale apartment living — Great atmosphere, very friendly neighbors. Love the town
|Recommended: YesClean, Comfortable Close to all Recreation — We highly recommend the Laurel at Kilkenny. The property is well maintained, all of the residents that we have met are friendly, and the location is perfect. It's only about a 15 min. drive to Madison or Middleton, but there is plenty to offer here in Waunakee as well, such as the trails right outside of the property to walk, jog, or ride a bike. Now, focusing on the apartments themselves, they are spacious and have modern updated decor and have full size name brand appliances . We haven't heard much, if any noise from neighbors, and as stated before, everyone that I have met or ran into in the hallway or parking garage, have been extremely friendly. Moving onto maintenance and property staff-they have been excellent. Whenever I have been in contact with our property manager Anna, she is pleasant, helpful and always has the answer to my question or gets back to me in a timely matter . We are definitely glad to call the Laurel at Kilkenny home.

|Recommended: YesOverall, Pretty Nice — The look of this building is gorgeous, and it comes with all of the amenities you would need living in Wisconsin hello, heated indoor parking . That said, there are a few small things I've noticed after living here for a few months that I think need to be addressed ASAP for a luxury residence. First, the exercise room definitely isn't cleaned daily. If you're going to have things like communal yoga mats, I think someone needs to disinfect everything each morning. Additionally, some exterior maintenance issues could be improved. Someone ran into the garage door on my building, and it went 2 months without being repaired. Not the biggest deal, but again, I expect way more out of a luxury building. Lastly, the apartments are beautiful, but the doors are AWFUL The handles are so finicky and break so easily. That said, they keep sound out for the most part. Again, overall, I love living here I just wish some of these small things could be taken care of so that the rent felt like it was really going towards keeping the building up.
